Our courier requires a physical address for all deliveries, as they do not ship to P.O boxes and APO addresses. The receivers signature is required at delivery.
Orders with multiply dolls: When shipped each doll is packed individually. Sometimes an order with multiple packages may get split up and packages are then delivered separately.
Cancellation: A cancellation fee of $7.00 will be applied to all cancelled orders.
Remote area delivery surcharge fee: If you live in a remote part of your country, a 3rd party delivery fee will be charged. At the time of your order, we do not know the exact surcharge fee amount. A follow up email will be sent to you with the shipping balance. You can decide how you would like to proceed from there.
All orders to BRAZIL require customer’s CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física), please provide this information in the addition notes section at checkout or send this information to info@malavilletoys.com along with your order number.
US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico customers: If you are ordering from the USVI or Puerto Rico please do not select your country as USA, your order will not be processed and you will be refunded. If you are ordering from the US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico please select in the country section US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico.
Customs duties for customers especially in USA, Canada and Brazil. Extra customs duties may be applied to your order from local authorities, these charges vary and are beyond our control. These charges are the responsibilities of the importer (customer). Please find out what these duties are, if any, before you proceed with your orders. Thank you!
United Kingdom customers: There might be an extra charge for delivery of multiple dolls, this is something we have no control over nor do we know when there will be a charge. Please keep this in mind when ordering 2+ dolls
Thailand customers: When sending goods to Thailand the receiver of the goods requires a import license.
Russian customers: Our courier cannot deliver to a private individual in Russia. Our courier only delivers to companies in Russia.
